HOUSE RENOVATION AT PSYCHIKO

Purpose was the total renovation of an old house, built for more than five decades, in a beautiful district of Athens. Design challenge was the functional and aesthetic improvement of the entire house according to the needs of new users. Chosen as solution the integration of everyday spaces with simultaneous rearrangement of the living room and kitchen location, which are now part of a single everyday space. Energy saving solutions implemented  as well as partial reinforcement of house structure.
