PARTNERS
Nikos Giannoulis
Civil Engineer NTUA, MSc.
Nikos is member of the BoD. He is Technical Director responsible for the design and management of Building Projects. He specializes in providing services for the development and management of commercial and residential properties. He is an expert in building’s Energy Efficiency.
In the past, he has collaborated with the NTUA in several research programs in Greece and the EU, and for many years with one of the largest technical consultancies in Greece for major infrastructure projects. He has also worked with Greek and international real estate companies and banking institutions.
He holds a Civil Engineering Diploma from NTUA and an M.Sc. in Structural Analysis from the same institution.
Konstantinos Kiamos
Civil Engineer NTUA, M.Sc. Construction Econ. & Management, U.C.L.
Konstantinos is member of the BoD. He specializes in Property Management and Technical Consulting. At the same time, he is a certified real estate surveyor registered with the Ministry of Finance.
In the past, he has worked for several years as a member of research teams of NTUA but also as a design group member on major infrastructure projects in Greece and abroad.
He holds a Civil Engineering Diploma from NTUA and an M.Sc. in Construction Economics and Management from UCL.
Nikos Malapetsas
Civil Engineer NTUA
Nikos is member of the BoD. He is Head of Construction of Building Projects and Director in our affiliated Public Works construction company.
His experience includes, among others, cooperation with major local construction companies on private and public building projects as a project engineer and as a resident engineer on a significant number of construction projects. He has served for several years as a technical advisor for the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.
He holds a Civil Engineering Diploma from NTUA.
Nikos Zoganas
Electrical and Computer Engineer NTUA, MBA
Nikos is Lead MEP engineer and specializes in Energy Efficiency.
He has worked with leading companies in the industry, among which the Public Power Corporation and Greek Petroleum. He cooperates with OTE where he has served as chief designer for telecommunications infrastructure facilities & Data Centers.
He holds an Electrical and Computer Engineering Diploma from NTUA and an M.B.A. in Technical & Economical Engineering from the same institution.
ASSOCIATES
2005
Founders personal practices cooperate for the first time. The initial three founders are forming a consortium and are awarded the first projects as a team.
2006
An electrical engineer joins the team.
The fourth founder joins the team as an independent consultant on ongoing projects.2007
3N&K Consulting Engineers is established. The team operates under a joined name and roof for the first time. The former name is now slightly altered to 3NK Consulting Engineers.
2010
The firm’s founding year.
N. Giannoulis – K. Kiamos – N. Malapetsas G.P. was founded. Originally based in Athens city center and four months later relocated in firm’s current offices in Chalandri Athens.2011
An affiliated Construction Company is established. With a strategic view on construction projects 3NK founded a construction company, certified and registered with the Ministry of Infrastructures, Transport and Networks.
2011
The company’s offices moved to Halandri.
2016
Following our continuous activity and passion in the design field we decided to rebrand our name as 3NK Engineers and Architects reflecting our two main sectors of services: Design and Construction. Our 10-year path through steadily upwards steps generates a healthy growth with strong foundations in the future. We plan to diversify in the next years by applying our services in the hospitality industry.
